Good point … but there are no sellers without buyers. Both must exist or neither will.

So … who arranged the meeting of the one with the other?

THREE guys, ONE effing rifle between them? Never even had it to the range, I'll bet.

Gimmee a break.

These aren't "neo-nazis" … these are bullshitting stoners and this is PR for the FBI to back up Northam – they are trying to make his "temporary" violation of the legal rights of the gun owning citizens of Virginia look legitimate.

Well, it isn't.

Note: ghost gun. Note "talk about". You can talk til the cows come home … it's not until you actually take some sort of action that it rises to the level of a conspiracy. Until then, it's free speech protected by the First Amendment.

The interstate commerce charge is bs. It's only interstate commerce if you attempt to sell it. They made ONE rifle … there is no way to stick a "commerce" charge unless they actively entertained an offer to buy or solicited the same. These three clowns only had one firearm between them.

Decades ago I hung with guys who could be their Dads. One firearm, seven bullets (counting the two found on the ground in the Piggly Wiggly parking lot), pass the hat for a six pack on Friday. Invite someone else over so they could get him to buy the pizza.

Nobody had even shot the firearm to find out if it would actually work.

This story of FBI derring-do doesn't just smell – it reeks.
