Q also said he hasn’t mentioned Israel before for a specific reason.

We have an alliance with other nations that we spy on each other and share the intel since it’s treason to spy on ones own country.
That being the case, Q has been sharing top secret intel on these boards - which is actually treason. And he said we’d be surprised WHEN (not if) we found out who he is. I don’t think he would want to be in a position where he could be tried for treason.
Q said there was a very specific reason he never to mentions Israel - if Q is Israel intel then it would be treason for them to spy on their own country.
