No, I meant prevailing, as in those years of our dominance and prevalence in the world that faded due to the abuse of communications platforms. Not just the years of the past but those past years during which we were the prevailing symbol of human passion for freedom.

I think that this is covered by the broad definition of communications platform which does not distinguish between technical means and the broad definition of economic utility being any grouping of people with collective financial powers.
