Could it be he is not the Judge but the Senate is the Judge in this case…maybe i said that wrong..but Roberts job here is not the same as a SCOTUS Justice.
So, what is his exact job here and did he swear in the right manner for the job he has to do. NOT A LAWFAG. so basically curious.
