I am addicted to Stop A Douchebag on Youtube…dang those Russians like to drive on the sidewalk…anyways, I have seen them use a fire extinguisher sprayed directly in front of a car's radiator, which then got sucked into the air intake and stop it. Same principle. Might be something to consider.
