I think it will be an OJ type trial made for TV. Dershowitz is an old hand on TV (like the OJ trail). He'll be good. My guess is they're looking for a Perry Mason (lawyer TV show from back in the day) scenario. Basic theme was always that Perry mason defended the wrongly accused and would expose real perp in the courtroom.
I also have to wonder how many of the Senators or Justices Dersh taught. His former students will listen to him. Any dems in that mix and they break rank it will be big.
