Different people respond to emergencies and difficult situations differently, take for example hurricanes.
One group of people look at it as a chance to prey, and they loot and rob.
Another group of people save everyone around them, help neighbors, some rescue animals (regardless what kind or to whom they belong), organize relief for those who are unable to return to their homes.
