Noticing an uptick in panhandlers?

Haven't seen any in intersections

All fuggin week when temps were mild

Temps ~ 35deg F out and I see a bunch

Of pan handlers around

Maybe I'm reading too much into it

But I'm also thinking people are on the move

To Richmond for Monday
