Can legislation be drawn up for people who try and pass laws or draw up statutes that violate the constitution, that if the legislation fails or passes they and whoever sign on onto the bill gets executed for treason.

We can have public hangings and firing squads, they would be a hit on pay-per-view.

That will stop and make people think about liberty and freedom again if Everybody dies.
