I did a lot of homework on this subject. Some things I've been able to implement some things I just have to trust God for the timing.
The assault on our mental/neurological health is profound and synergistic. I think one basic thing for me is to think about is cutting out whatever I know to avoid. Staying away from the current (very deliberately dangerous, imo) vaccines is probably one of the biggest steps.
I avoid aluminum in personal care products. Silicated mineral water is supposed to detox aluminum, but Fiji is the major US brand and I'm a bit leary of that.
I haven't done a lot about EMF/RF yet, but I don't allow devices in the room while I am sleeping. Turning wifi off is another good thing. Autism symptoms in some children with that disorder improve with avoidance of EMF/RF and I think actual bed tents against EMF are available.
Pesticide exposure is also something to avoid. Round-up herbicide (glyphosate based) is an example of one of the worst. Used on GMO corn but also applied to lots of other things including regular wheat and oats. Public outcry is increasing about this, so I hope it is addressed soon.
Pay attention to all pharmaceuticals. Statins (and not just psych drugs) can cause violent behavior.

An anon recently posted about nano (not colloidal) silver and relief from arthritis symptoms. This may have been via destruction of intercellular parasites. I think aluminum may be part of what drives "bugs" to become intracellular parasites which would explain "autoimmune" disease in people who've been exposed to vaccine aluminum adjuvant. Aluminum is very neurotoxic as is mercury.

Eat clean, non-processed foods, get purified water (Zero water removes glyphosate and Big Berkey seems pretty good to me, too).
Other anons have posted a protocol for using iodine for health. Iodine is a halogen and belongs in our bodies, but fluoride and bromine (also halogens) compete for the binding sites. Flouride is neurotoxic so its good to avoid it, especially in tap water.

If you can manage to get to Natural News, Green Med Info and the like (deplatformed by Go ogle) you can find helpful information about nutrients and etc. Many of us are low in Vitamin D, Magnesium, etc. I took B-12, methylcobalamin not "cyan" for a while. Some healthy fats are good for you, too.
