For me it was hanging out here and accepting that absolute evil exists in the world. I had NO idea.
Seeing how much that evil HATES Christianity was also eye opening.
(I'm still working on this myself, so don't listen to my ramblings.)
Just know you are not alone. Many of us are on the same journey.
Quiet walks in nature helps calm my monkey brain and think better - still don't do it enough but one day at a time.
