oh my gosh–(you's) are finally back. for me, i had to turn off computer (which i seldom do) and unplug modem-router. also cleared cache but clearing cache alone never did it.
no special digging tonite. every 2 mos, do an anti-q articles report, also track board attacks - busy last week with JW situation. watchful tonite, last night handed off to b who left wo/signing off; i posted mid-bred notes then left at 5; b who picked up was muh joos (see bred #10032 title). GY can be 'wild west' at times.

i was at /qrb/ after mid-July but came on one night and got into a wrangle with BO trying to help cleanup a ghost bake. U were around as i recall maybe trying to help too?

gonna post a notable on tagging the dough post when signing in or out or making dough changes (espec for ghosts)
so incoming baker does not miss pastebin changes, notes, etc.
most relevant for graveyard but can prevent confusion anytime

always interesting when ya get to a bake around 630 and several sets of notes arrive around 660….habbened yesterday during the day, i requested notes–nothing (and no note-taker sign in). Went looking for notes; when i got back, found a very nice set of notes with 20 to go before baking. Kek.
This is why i wanted to post a global–to help support both newer bakers and note-takers
(ya don't have a choice when ya come to a ghost bred late, just have to ask if there are notes and see what happens)

French public interest in news down by 8 points
French people are less interested in news and consume less of it, according to a new survey, with 71 percent of respondents saying they don't trust news outlets to accurately report their concerns.
The public's interest in traditional media has fallen so low that only 59 percent of people say they still have a slight interest in what the media report, while four out of ten people have stopped consuming news altogether.
The findings were published in the annual Trust Barometer for 2019 by Kantar polling institute for the daily La Croix and represent an eight-point dip.
"This loss of interest, observed over five years, has been reinforced by news coverage that is centred almost entirely on the pension reform. It is a reform that few French people understand and which is covered in a very classic manner by journalists," Guillaume Caline, who carried out the survey for Kantar, told La Croix.
Ordinary concerns ignored
The Yellow Vest protest movement, which erupted in 2018, is thought to have driven a wedge between the public and the media.
The Yellow Vests often called out journalists for failing to report on daily concerns that mattered to ordinary people and sought to defend more local reporting.
More than a year after the movement for better of standards of living began, 71 percent of French people still reckon the media fail to give a realistic portrayal of their concerns….

PARIS — Visitors were turned away from the Louvre on Friday after strikers protesting the French government’s planned pension overhaul blocked entrances to the museum, leaving tourists from around the world befuddled and frustrated.
The Louvre — the world’s most visited museum — was the latest target in the 44-day standoff between the government of President Emmanuel Macron and the labor unions opposed to him, with strikes that have caught commuters, business people and tourists in the middle.
About 100 protesters prevented visitors from entering the museum, including through the famed glass pyramid that sits in the Louvre’s central courtyard, where they waved union placards and chanted slogans against President Emmanuel Macron as tourists looked on glumly.
“Closing the Louvre to prevent tourists from visiting is very important because it’s the most visited museum in the world,” said Christophe Benoit, 52, a protesting employee of France’s Culture Ministry, although he acknowledged that some visitors were “very angry.”
“We do understand that, but we feel like there is no other way to make our voices heard,” Mr. Benoit said….
