Note there are four no-shows on this list, so the Electoral College had to vote in 4 replacements (see pic above):

Nury Martinez, replaced by Hilary Crosby

Cathy Morris, replaced by Eric Heins

Karen Waters, replaced by Tristan Brown

Raymond Cordova, replaced by Unique Wilson

All of the replacements were voted on by the EC and approved by Laphonsa Butler (Chairperson of the Electoral College) and Christine Kehoe (Secretary of the Electoral College), and ultimately approved by Alex Padilla
