Yup, it's an old trick used over and over again across the centuries.

Why? Because it works. Until it doesn't.

How? The people wise up to it as it's habbening.

An idea to counter this would be to have recon teams set up to ID those buses as they come into the city and have cameras on them as soon as they walk out the bus.

They could even livestream it to get a timestamp on a server and have anons be analyzing in real time.

The more evidence, the earlier, the better.
