Non-yellow vest, helmeted gangs are using a new tactic. They are running in swarms down side streets, overturning cars, starting fires with incendiaries, destroying everything except store fronts.
The Ruptly camera crews are running with them and you can hear the police klaxons trying to getting closer trying to adapt to this new tactic…
