For those of you who are actively planning on going to the Rally in VA it would be a good idea to take one of these things with you. If you are going with a friend, have someone on the outside of the fence that has one of these things in their backpack.
That way, if things start to go south you can cut through the chain link fence in about a minute and get your friends out.
There's no reason for you to be trapped in the kill zone.
A reciprocating saw might work but I feel like a grinder would be the fastest way to cut through a chain link fence, the 2nd fastest would be a 18" bolt cutters.
