A break has worked VERY well for me in the past, as it has for many oldfags who jumped into this swimming pool in 2016 or before.
Do some stuff you used to enjoy, whatever that may be, catch up on reading (yeah, books made out of paper), catch up with some old friends, do some projects around your living space, whatever works for you.
