McStain was really out of it. I mean, VERY out of it. Called him President Comey and everything. Even Comey looked confused. I remember wondering what the hell everyone was doing letting this man speak.
OR perhaps he really is President Comey. As in, president of the shadow government, and McStain was so addled he let it slip in public.
