It’s strange how they make mock crab meat out of fish and it tastes, texture, and looks like crab meat. Have you ever seen the way they glue meat scraps together and make it look and taste just like a ribeye steak? If they refrain from passing a statute or regulation that requires food manufacturers/processors to identify GMO ingredients then what else are they not required to identify? If I had expensive lab equipment to identify food ingredients and then published my results, would someone come after me? FuckinA
