Yep, it seems like we might find ourselves in uncharted territory regarding the SC being the last word on this if Robert's is comped.
I'm curious if he's going to stick to Senate rules and constitutional law or if he's going to try and intervene and make some liberal ruling at some point that starts to look like the House.
This could get quite interesting.
