A public official caught compromising the public office position is in no way entitled to the rights of due process to withhold evidence of his public activities that might in anyway curtail a full investigation of murder, as it is in this case; and any other actions that would otherwise force impeachment or recuse of office must be revealed and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
