Eistien showed that with velocity near the speed of light the object appears to go slower. Relativity is that when one experiences it you perceive time as the same but when you return (or slow down) your time has slowed and other have not. This can be explained by time interval. Say a set sampling of time - when you go faster time move slower for you because you 'sample' it at farther intervals.

Time has been proven to be relative. Thus it is fluid. And yes we can perceive other dimensions just like drawing a Z axis between the X and Y on a sheet of paper (thus visualizing one dimension by making it a half, 0.5, dimension). It is an exercise in thought - a way to see in a different way.

A Gravity wave IMO is a wave in the axis themselves not a wave in the contained system.

IMO this would happen from a force in the close pillar fractal dimensions deforming space time.
