Happened quite a bit during previous board fuckery.

Whatever is going on appears to be affecting both clearnet and TOR users. I get the same 3 problems on both:

1. e0001 error (resolved with refresh)

2. Old / stale catalog

3. Thread deleted or pruned

4. General site sluggishness

If this were a DDOS, I would think we'd only see clearnet affected by it.
