Amendment 10 - Powers of the States and People

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

A break down of the 10th Amendment.

The powers (authority to change) NOT delegated to the United States (the collection of however many states are members of the union) by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it (items not explicitly mentioned in the Constitution) to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. (Those are the powers of the state and local governments)

As one can read for themselves in the constitution, everything listed in the Bill of Rights

has already been DELEGATED by the Constitution. The attempts of state and local governments

to impede those Bill of Rights, means that they are stepping all over the 10th amendment.

Once public awareness of this action is known, concerning the 10th amendment, I would hope that people would understand, it's not only your 2nd amendment at stake when states and local governments try to regulate that which is outside of their per-few, are not only violating YOUR particular favorite amendment, but they are ALSO violating the 10th.

So while your out protesting gun laws or what ever other Bill of Right they try to strip from us, you keep that inmind, and shout it out as in conjunction with what your protesting, because that's what it is, they get to one of the Bill of Rights by discarding the 10th.
