Not so much an answer as a hypothesis: Bank of International Settlements (BIS) is in Switzerland; CIA has a high-level operation in Switzerland … by extrapolation from the nexus, perhaps the head of the Hydra is in Switzerland, and by making POTUS' remarks there, the more insulated of the NWO/cabal will be forced to hear. A little more speculatively, perhaps by "bringing it" to Davos, POTUS is showing the cabal that they cannot hide.
