Q's post was about the top 5 dems. In another post he talked about the gang of 8. Maybe A-E represents the top 5 dems, and F would be one of the other three persons in the gang of 8. Just brainstorming.
Maybe F just stands for Foreign or Federal. Or Facility, since Q bracketed the F in SCIF. (Q #14)
