Dems are claiming evidence exists and stating what it is without proof. They are legally introducing evidence into the impeachment process through this back door method.

This is so transparent to me. The dems are putting up boards with cherry picked lines of convos saying we need this document subpoenaed to place into evidence , thereby introducing the evidence to the public. POTUS lawyers cannot cross examine a poster board so the public will walk away thinking it true.

There are 2 juries. This type of pretrial hearing would NEVER happen in front of a jury for the very reason of admissibility.
