Long story short the movie ends with an alternate reality take on the Manson murders. Leo and Brad Pitt stop the Manson crew from slaughtering Sharon Tate and her friends. The final scene involves Sharon Tate, played by Margo Robbie, inviting Leo's character over for a drink to meet her friends.

As the camera pans into the yard a very pregnant Sharon Tate comes out wearing nothing but a football jersey with the number 17 on it. Clear as day.
