i agree, but even the people who have clearance need time to digest and disseminate. think of time from briefing/meeting >broadcast ready. broadcast ready is different than "focus group ready". i see some edgy spots but they don't go prime time. all about testing the narrative. dropping keywords, testing response, adjusting. when there is time, the media likes to try on different narratives for size. it seems.
