people think its a way of controlling people by cutting off access to money if it was all digital, maybe, but does it really matter to the corrupt elite if average joe has access to his measly $5k any time?

if there's No more paper trail, how could the corrupt elite be exposed? how could do the research? the digital system would obviously be setup so the elite would be able to delete/alter the digital records
