Last refuge thread on house peach mint and how subpoenas were unenforceable by design b/c no vote authorizing peach mint.
Explains why the house wouldn't take POTUS to court re: exec privilege. They say they didn't want to spend two years relitigating precedent set in the Nixon case, but that was impeachment that was voted on and authorized.
