Q posted first, POTUS followed but missed a zero delta, what Q somehow alluded to in thanking the anon who pointed out the 30-secs diff in response to other anons who claimed a zero delta.
POTUS was abroad by the time it happened yesterday.
So "[F]" could indeed mean "foreign", in case they had to securely route his traffic through foreign servers …?
In that case Q meant POTUS, but unfortunately I have no idea how POTUS comm's work when he's on foreign soil.
