Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard sued Hillary Clinton in federal court this week over baseless allegations the lawmaker was covertly working with the Russian government to subvert the 2020 presidential election.

“Presidential candidate Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) sued Hillary Clinton for defamation in federal court in Manhattan on Wednesday, claiming Clinton intentionally lied about a Gabbard connection to Russia to hurt her campaign,” reports NBC New York. “Though the Clinton and Gabbard camps have been at odds for years, the suit hinges on comments the former Secretary of State made on a podcast late last year, when she suggested that Gabbard was Russia’s pick in this year’s election.”

“Clinton falsely stated that Tulsi—an Army National Guard officer and United States Congresswoman who has spent her entire adult life serving this country—is a ‘Russian asset.’ Clinton’s false assertions were made in a deliberate attempt to derail Tulsi’s presidential campaign,” Gabbard said in the suit.

Breaking: Hunter Biden Ordered to Arkansas Court Next Week, Must Disclose Financial Information

Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden was ordered to Arkansas court next Wednesday to explain why he shouldn’t be held in contempt for violating court orders to reveal his financial information.

Hunter had a child with 28-year-old Lunden Roberts after meeting her at a DC strip joint where she worked as a stripper and she is in court demanding Hunter pay child support.

Ms. Roberts dragged Hunter Biden into a nasty court battle after he has ‘refused to pay child support for over a year’ and refused to pay her $11,000 legal bill.

Lunden Roberts told the court that Hunter Biden “had no involvement in the child’s life since the child’s birth, never interacted with the child, never parented the child,” and “could not identify the child out of a photo lineup.”

Hunter and his baby mama Lunden Roberts are due back in court on January 29 for a pre-trial hearing.

Report: Saudi Prince hacked Amazon’s Bezos’ phone and stole ‘enormous amounts of data’

After a recent cybersecurity review, Amazon founder and Washington Post owner Jeff Bezos alleged this week that Saudi Arabia hacked his phone in 2018.

Private business firm FTI Consulting conducted a forensic analysis of Bezos’ phone and discovered with “medium to high confidence” that the phone was transmitting data soon after receiving a video file on May 1, 2018, from a WhatsApp account personally used by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the Wall Street Journal reported.

United Nations experts then reviewed the forensic analysis and confirmed “an anomalous and extreme change in phone behavior” including significant amounts of data being transferred just hours after receiving the video, the Associated Press reported.

The experts added that Saudi Arabia was “clandestinely waging a massive online campaign against Mr. Bezos and Amazon targeting him principally as the owner of The Washington Post,” following the killing of Washington Post columnist Jamal Khashoggi, who was also known as a Saudi critic.

Report: Trump administration to add 7 more countries to travel ban

The Trump administration is reportedly adding seven more countries to its travel restriction policy, with an announcement expected to be held on Monday — the three-year anniversary of his original order.

According to new reports, the administration is planning on placing visa restrictions on travelers from mostly African and Asian countries, which includes Belarus, Eritrea, Kyrgyzstan, Myanmar (also called Burma), Nigeria, Sudan and Tanzania, the Wall Street Journal reported.

The expanded restriction isn’t expected to be a widespread ban on travel to the United States for all of the countries, but instead could be a restriction on certain types of visas, like business or visitor visas, administration officials said, the WSJ reported.

Hogan Gidley, a White House spokesman, defended President Donald Trump’s original plan, but declined to reveal or confirm details about the reported plans.

“The travel ban has been profoundly successful in protecting our country and raising the security baseline around the world,” he said. “While there are no new announcements at this time, common sense and national security both dictate that if a country wants to fully participate in U.S. immigration programs, they should also comply with all security and counter-terrorism measures — because we do not want to import terrorism or any other national security threat into the United States.”

Iran: Protests, strikes reported in numerous cities

Iran, January 22, 2020—Employees and workers of the Mahshahr Petrochemical Complex in southwest Iran launched a strike on Tuesday, January 21, in the so-called Bandar-e Khomeini (formerly known as Bandar-e Shahpour), protesting not receiving their wages and responses to their demands.

In June 2019, the U.S. Treasury Department announced new sanctions targeting the Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company (PGPIC), a firm linked closely to the regime’s terrorist-designated Revolutionary Guards (IRGC), 39 sub-companies involved in Iran’s petrochemical industry.

Washington sanctioning Iran’s petrochemical industry is tantamount to taking a major step towards “suffocating” this vital branch of the regime’s profiteering activities. U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo is emphasizing on “maximum pressure” to deny any funds for the IRGC, according to Asharq al-Awsat.

The new sanctions arrived as Washington is increasing pressures on Tehran for its ballistic missiles and proxy wars across the region.

The U.S. Treasury said Iran’s oil ministry last year awarded Khatam al-Anbiya, the economic and engineering arm of the regime’s IRGC, ten projects in the oil and petrochemical industries worth $22 billion, four times the IRGC’s official budget.

Adam Schiff is a partisan hack who should face expulsion from the House for lies and ignorance of the Constitution. From Schiff and Nadler still pushing the Russian collusion hoax to his opening speech in the impeachment inquiry that he calls a parody, but most others called a lie, he has shown disrespect to both the rule of law and the Constitution. During the impeachment debacle in the House, he violated to right of free speech. He has closed-door investigations that were performed to be sure the information aligned with the progressive socialist talking points that Schiff so badly needed to advance the agenda. Surprisingly, in the end, nothing was found that was criminal or impeachable against our President.

He has shown himself to be a detriment to our country, the Constitution, the State of California, and the moderate portion of the Democrat Party. He had weaponized the impeachment process to such a point that even Maxine Waters had stopped the rantings of impeachment before Donald Trump even took office. Schiff has even gone so far as to turn off a conservatives microphone during questioning. Attempting to be a petty tyrant is not what the majority House progressive socialists should be putting forth, but it is what the House leftists have become.

Pope Francis reportedly invited a group known as “Aqua Circus,” Europe’s response to “Cirque du Soleil,” to dance around on stage and pay homage to the reptile “jesus” idol perched up in a display behind him.

During this postlude to Rome’s General Audience event, Francis tossed a hula hoop to the “artists” in the performance troupe who were acting out a tale about a mermaid and a man under the sea trying to fight contamination of the ocean. In other words, the purpose of the show was to offer worship to Francis’ god of global warming and climate change.

The Vatican’s Strategy

It is indeed disturbing to see so many evangelicals unaware of the Vatican’s strategy for bringing the world under the dominion of the papacy. The Vatican has made a concerted effort since 1965 to bring their "separated brothers’ back home to "holy mother the church." In his 1995 encyclical Et Unum Sint, Pope John Paul II said he intends "to promote every suitable initiative…to increase the unity of all Christians until they reach full communion" and "to encourage the efforts of all who work for the cause of unity." The pope’s stated desire is "to gather all people and all things into Christ, so as to be for all—an inseparable sacrament of unity… expressed in the common celebration of the Eucharist." During a week of prayer for Christian unity Pope John Paul II said, "I gladly take this opportunity to call the attention of all believers to the ecumenical commitment that marked VC II. The council rightly defined the division among Christians as a scandal. The council Fathers felt the need to beg pardon of God and of their brethren for the sins committed against unity." He asked Catholics "to cultivate an authentic spiritual ecumenism" through the Virgin Mary [not through the Lord Jesus]. The success of the pope’s push for unity can be seen by the announcement made last year by the Archbishop of Canterbury. He urged all Christians to recognize the Pope as the supreme authority of a new global church (6/99 CRN News). In a document called The Gift of Authority, he describes the Pope as a "gift to be received by all the churches." It would do us all well to heed the words of C.H. Spurgeon, "Ignorance has been one of the grand agents of Popery ever since her establishment; by it, the eyes of men have been so blinded that they can scarcely discern between good and evil, and follow implicitly any guide even until they fall into the ditch of perdition."

OPCW investigator testifies at UN that no chemical attack took place in Douma, Syria

In testimony before the United Nations Security Council, former OPCW inspection team leader and engineering expert Ian Henderson stated that their investigation had suggested no chemical attack took place in Douma, Syria, but their findings were suppressed. His appearance punched a gaping hole in the narrative the US and UK used to justify military action.

A former lead investigator from the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) has spoken out at the United Nations, stating in no uncertain terms that the scientific evidence suggests there was no gas attack in Douma, Syria in April 2018.

The dissenter, Ian Henderson, worked for 12 years at the international watchdog organization, serving as an inspection team leader and engineering expert. Among his most consequential jobs was assisting the international body’s fact-finding mission (FFM) on the ground in Douma.

He told a UN Security Council session convened on January 20 by Russia’s delegation that OPCW management had rejected his group’s scientific research, dismissed the team, and produced another report that totally contradicted their initial findings.

“We had serious misgivings that a chemical attack had occurred,” Henderson said, referring to the FFM team in Douma.

The former OPCW inspector added that he had compiled evidence through months of research that “provided further support for the view that there had not been a chemical attack.”

Amazon spent a record amount of money lobbying Washington, D.C., in 2019 as the tech giant angled to land a massive government cloud computing project, The Washington Post reported Wednesday.

Amazon spent nearly $17 million on lobbying that year, setting a record for the company, the report notes, citing federal records published Tuesday. Flooding the nation’s capital in cash didn’t appear to help CEO Jeff Bezos land a nearly $10 billion cloud computing project.

The company is “focused on ensuring we are advocating on issues that are important to our customers, our employees and policymakers,” Amazon spokeswoman Jill Kerr told WaPo.

Migrant caravan shrinks at Guatemala-Mexico border amid deportations

The number of migrants stuck at the Guatemala-Mexico border continues to dwindle as detentions chip away at what remains of the latest caravan, AP reports.

The first buses of migrants left Tecun Uman, Guatemala overnight to repatriate migrants to their countries. On Tuesday, Mexico began flying and busing hundreds of migrants who had crossed into the country back to Honduras.

Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador recognized the success of his government’s strategy on Wednesday, noting that many of the migrants had begun to voluntarily return to their countries.

US Department of Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf commended Mexico’s actions in a statement.
