Have a Question for Anons: I was going down the MK-Ultra rabbit hole and came across some C_A documents from 1954, one of them labeled as “Declaration of Trust” catching my eye - mostly Bc of this sentence: (pic also related):

“for the only benefit and advantage of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, as represented by THE CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY (hereinafter called the “Government”)…”

So, if the C_A was labeled/was our ‘Government’ all the way back in 1954, is it still in effect today? Isn’t that illegal considering they’re not allowed to operate on domestic soil?
