>bioweapons

Decapacitating agents are far more favorable than agents that kill. Why?

Your enemy has several effects

  • ill population cannot be in workforce or military, or manufacturing military materiel to oppose you

  • certain % of population must work more to make up for the ill people's non-participation

  • certain % of population must drop out of regular work to care for ill population

  • this has ripple effect in the enemy's economy

  • unlike bioweapons that kill, it's more difficult to determine whether illness is bioweapon and to create a counter-agent against it.

LYME and Mycoplasma incognitus are such biological weapons.

It's difficult to read the white text, can you remove the black outline and perhaps make it a shadow instead?

>"I'm picking up what you're putting down."

Not really all that cryptic, it was a saying in the late 60s and 70s, meaning "I understand what you are saying"
