Would be encouraging to learn that we were using any means necessary to prevent Huawei's diaspora. I'm not sure engaging in a biowar is beneficial for either country though. Biowpns are FAR more likely to be used be smaller groups attempting to entice large populations to act against one another. I'm not saying I stand behind the things John Todd said but I will say it is consistent with what we have learned and if accurate does provide some of the minutia involved in cult operations. I have kept a close eye on J Carter since I listened to Todd. He says he is a very high level warlock. I also had a random encounter w an auditor for the BIS' FSB who was a Rhodes Scholar, and went to college w Bill C.. She walked in late to a hotel I was managing at the time. She stayed up for 3 hours chain smoking cigarettes talking to me. She couldn't believe what I knew about the cult banking families and the role of the Bank for Intl Settlements and we ended up having a pretty interesting debate(i won). At some point Carter was brought up and it was extremely strange how defensive she became. Instead of expounding on him I just backed off bc she said "if you were about to attack Carter I was about to have to end this conversation". To back such a weak President so passionately was always fishy to me. I also tricked her into acknowledging Belesian Grove at the end of the conversation :) I've watched Carter and his miraculous recoveries w high interest since.
