2) are employees talking about this around the water cooler?

3) are families talking at the dinner table about this?

4)are mainstream tv channels cutting into regular broadcasting to cover this?

5) are there small Mom and Pop shops doing business with a tv showing this behind the register?

I think what you are asking is does this turn into a trial against the guilty POTUS is likely to accuse. Te answer is no. They have not been charged therefore there cannot be a trial.
