There is no reason to apologize. The President is human and will make mistakes the same with Q. All evidence pointed to a shit bill and the bill still is shit in a lot of places.
The president himself said there is a lot of wasted money in the bill (reset talk is assuming facts not yet in evidence and anons have every reason to still bitch about the additional debt for now since no explanation on how to pay for it has been offered), but the president is making the best of it. There are still unexplained items in the bill like where the 500 millions for family planning is going to end up. (Anons are right that PP isn't specifically mentioned, but that is always where the money goes to and the president or Q has not denied yet that PP is getting money).
We have every right to petition our president and be heard if things don't make sense or we don't like them. We will also be wrong from time to time, but its how we learn like you mention.
Don't feel bad, that is how it should work. Congress crams this through before a single person can understand what the bill is and we all bitch and moan because it is wrong. Whether it works out in the end is irrelevant to a lot of anons concerns, the process was wrong and the President and Congress should hear loud and clear that we are pissed on how this bill was passed and signed.
