To me it means a chess move. And, for me, the photo of POTUS and two Marines symbolizes a King a two Castles. So for me Q is saying that either a clean (clear) Castle move has been or could be accomplished. Relating to impeachent, I think. The only move in chess where the player gets to move two pieces on the same turn. There are rules for castling. One is that the King cannot be in, pass through, nor end up in check. Meaning POTUS is safe. When castling the King can move from a dark to light square. Of course the message likely has multiple meanings. At least that is my view. Many Anons will say I am full of it.
