It's reflex reaction. We have been betrayed so many times we are like pavlova dogs now. Trust is the hardest thing to earn and that is something I don't think we give our president and the people who are working with nearly enough credit. Not only is he up against these lifetime politicians and other nations but the very people who voted for him. My initial gut reaction has been the same on the conrtoversial stuff, it's a knee jerk reaction. Now we know what to do on our local elections and what to look for.
