An anon was asking in a previous thread what the Cloud Act meant. Lawfag here. If the email originated here in the United States by a service provider and the Court wants a copy for litigation purposes, even if the Cloud server is kept overseas it STILL has to provide that email. Cannot use the excuse that US has no jurisdiction over the email because it is stored overseas somewhere.
