We know that RED_CASTLE is army engineers for several reasons, most importantly context.

1) Army combat engineers use a red castle in their insignia.

2) The time Q posted RED_CASTLE was right before Trump signed the budget including wall funding, or the lack of it.

3) Q would want to reassure us during this apparent demoralizing event.

4) Today Trump tweeted about funding the wall with military backing up what Q posted.

5) The army engineers have already been working on border wall plans accomplished riding to articles.

RED_CASTLE could have double meanings or refer to a larger overall operation.

RED_CASTLE could also be Ft. Myer - Henderson Hall in Arlington, VA which has lots of red brick buildings and has a marine corp battalion in addition to Army units. But I still think the castle means Engineers.
