I've been reading pages 250-350 and have found the following on page 300. This may be very telling that our Dept. of Defense funds have, in the past, been used to assist the DPRK
I think another Big Find in the omnibus pages 298-300….

I was thinking that perhaps that might have been the $$ that was appropriated to fund the DPRK through their Clown Program
