Not everyone has a cow lying around in the back yard for steak twice a month. I have probably 1/16th of a beef in my fridge from the inlaws, but I one saw a black snake eating a rat 100 yards from where we keep the cows and I thought to myself "In SHTF, hunting with my pellet gun to save precious bullets, we'd be having snake and rat in the stew."
Need to grow some damn spinich in your back yard. Some beets, some tomatoes. you need to eat something that was not grown hydroponically or in soil that is just a sponge for the pitance of nutrition sprayed in it.
Then you need to get a wife and have sex 5-6 times a week. And maybe take some MMA until you can grapple hard for at least 2 minutes without getting tired.

I also have a nebulizer, I got the idea from a rando post on the internet, but think about it. If you injest Colloidal Silver, it is a strong anti-bacterial and you are putting it in your gut where your natural flora are. If you just breath it in to your lungs, it goes straight to your bloodstream and never gets in your GI track.
