ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos Caught on Camera Using “Kill” Gesture to Cut Short Trump Lawyer’s Interview

ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos was interviewing President Trump’s lawyer Jay Sekulow when he was caught on camera using a throat-slash gesture to stop the interview of Sekulow.

He was presumably signaling to the ABC producers to scrap Sekulow’s comments on the impeachment trial.

It’s no secret that Stephanopoulos is a Clinton supporter and a leftist who has been masquerading as a journalist at ABC for years. His bias was showing today during the interview with Sekulow when the lawyer for President Trump made some good points. Sekulow was explaining that the president’s alleged actions aren’t impeachable when Stephanopoulos was caught doing the slashing motion with his hand:

“We’ve got lawyers that are going to be put forward when our side of the case goes, that represents multiple schools of thought on what is and what is not an impeachable offense. But they have one thing in common, that the actions alleged and the actions of the president do not reach that level. No matter what school of thought you’re on… our position is, you still have to meet basic, fundamental constitutional obligations and they haven’t.”

President Trump made history again on Friday being the first sitting president ever to address the annual March for Life rally in Washington DC.

But not everyone was celebrating the president’s message on Life.

Financial Crisis: BIS Warns On ‘Green Swan’ Climate Event

Mimicking the concept of a Black Swan event, the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) is warning that a ‘Green Swan’ climate event could trigger a financial crisis

Nassim Nicholas Taleb popularized the concept of a Black Swan event in his 2007 book, The Black Swan: The Impact of the Highly Improbable. Taleb laid out three requirements: the event must be unknown and unpredictable, it must cause a massive impact and people then try to rationalize that it really was predictable after all.

Now that the BIS has guzzled the green global warming Kool-Aid, it suggests that a ‘Green Swan’ event is unpredictable as to when it will occur, but is absolutely certain that it will occur.

Many central banks already contribute to the effort by monitoring climate-related risks through stress tests, incorporating environmental, social and governance criteria in pension funds, or working with banks on disclosing carbon-intensive exposure to assess potential financial-stability risks. [Bank of France Governor] Villeroy says that’s simply not enough however.

“The stark reality is that we are all losing the fight against climate change,” Villeroy said, advocating two solutions the European Central Bank could discuss in its upcoming strategy review: integrating climate change in all economic and forecasting models, and overhauling the collateral framework to reflect climate-related risks.

“If central banks are to preserve financial and price stability in the age of climate change, it is in their interest to help mobilize all the forces needed to win this battle,” he said. [emphasis added]

Governor Villeroy apparently reflects consensus among central bankers: we are already losing the battle against climate change, so we had better double- or triple-down our efforts to assure victory.

How, then, to explain the abject economic illiteracy of meteoric media darling and democratic socialist "political rock star" Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez? The 28-year-old BU alumna graduated with an economics and international relations degree in 2011. She calls herself a "nerd" and bragged about her academic credentials, tweeting earlier this month:

"How many other House Democrats have a degree in Economics like I do? Trying to find who out here is going to be in the Gini Coefficient Appreciation Squad."
