An act consists of: assault/violence against a person or animal or thing if that thing is worn or occupied by a person.

Spray paint and silly string doesn't count.

10 people attacking 1 person in one location during one time frame counts as 10 acts.

1 person attacking 100 people in one location during one time frame counts as 1 act.

1 person leaving one location and going to another would be 2 acts.
