Tomorrow is ours
And has an aura of Liberty and Self-determination about it.

Plus means More
Ultra means Beyond, as in over Yonder
So Plus Ultra means More Beyond, or Beyonder which we would usually say differently in English
Plus Ultra = Further Beyond.
Now do you see how this all ties in to Space Force?
