John F. Kennedy not only understood the need to get us back on hard money, and to destroy the CIA. He also knew the MIC was going to go away quietly, should some few brave elected officials try to stop the senseless wars. So he tried to change the mission of the MIC. While the MIC does contain truly evil, war pigs, who want nothing more than destruction and death, the vast majority advocate war because they make a lot of money designing and selling weapons of war. Kennedy tried to change the incentive from war to space exploration

We all know the Plan's development began with implementing Kennedy's policies. For POTUS to add Space Force to the military, is an improvement over JFK and NASA. Instead of threatening/weakening the military, and the MIC, POTUS increases the loyalty of the military to The Plan. This protects POTUS. We all know how important to the plan a loyal and America First, patriotic military is.

Well, unfortunately, the MIC isn't going to just go away. So creating a pathway to push money/debt into the Space Force and away from world wide imperial follies, is a big improvement. Destroying people and countries is the most wasteful things governments do.
You can scream all you want at "Boomers" but if you've bothered to pay attention to the last three years, you know just how massive the effort has been to get this far.
Wishfully thinking that the MIC will be easy to change is stupid. Like every powerful gov't entity, not only do the corrupt need to be purged (and POTUS has done an excellent job with the upper echelons of the MIC, by removing, converting or diminishing bad actors), but the goals and monetary incentives need to changed, so that the money allocated to the MIC becomes an industrial/technological/research investment instead of a steady dead weight loss building things that go boom.
It's a good plan that has a realistic chance of realigning the MIC towards an America First policy.
