Shiff refers to Chris Wray 5x in his increasingly desperate argument:

Listening to the Shiff today would make anyone into a literal 'sleeper'!
I have to say I found elements of his argument to be quite entertaining, as he really reached out there in an attempt to apply the power of persuasion and suggestion – in both cases it came off as desperate and thus somewhat funny.
