Sidney Powell said Friday (yesterday) would be 'phenomenal' and 'epic'.
Does anyone have anything? I looked and all I could see is Powell tweeting about the judge approving an evidentiary hearing.
"Sidney was originally scheduled to submit a new filing today but the new discovery of the missing 302s produced yesterday prompted her to request a continuance. Consequently today’s filing has been rescheduled for January 29, 2020."
"Due to the continuance request, we’ll probably have to wait for any ‘epic’ developments and settle for the prospect of an evidentiary hearing. If Judge Sullivan still refuses to throw the case out the granting of an evidentiary hearing would be big news in and of itself."
